Knowledge and Practices of Nurses Regarding Corona Virus (COVID-19): An Educational Intervention

Background: COVID-19 it is the new coronavirus and most cases appeared in Chinese city, Wuhanat end of December 2019 form acute pneumonia. Quasi-experimental design (pre post intervention) utilized.A total sample (70) staff nurses were recruited study. study conducted at General FarasanHospital. Data collected two main tools: A structured self-administered questionnaire, andnurses’ practices toward COVID-19.Results: Revealed 55.7% had poor before intervention. However, 88.6% themhad good after As well as, only 7.1% studied competent practicestoward covid 19 training. Meanwhile, training changed 94.3%.Conclusion: implementation effective significantly improvednurses’ towards 19.
